Life After My Trip to Jamaica

I have been home almost two months now and life has gone easier in some places and hard in others.  I wake up every morning still remembering sleeping on the church benches and having my beautiful team around me. I am reminded of Jamaica ever time I see a little kid playing outside or in my church. I see the kids faces when ever I scroll through my pictures. I see the feet of the little girl that loved to sit on my lap and just watch people ever time I open up my Facebook account. I hear my teams voices when ever I read there letter. I see it everywhere. 1 Week Home

My frist full week of being home is over and I am thankful to be home don’t get me wrong; but there is something in me that is ready to be back out on the field now. I’m still learning how to take everything I learned on field and apply it here at home.  Since being home I have started reading my bible again and writing things down that don’tt want to forget or things that I need to work on. I can’t replace family, but I’m glad to say that I could now call those people my Jamaican Fam?? The lord really did bless me by sending me on this trip, and I couldn’t be more thankful that he did! On the trip I realized a lot...

Traffic Stop

Street ministry is pretty much what it sounds like, going out on the streets and doing ministry however we could. Sometimes it would be talking to someone about their business or asking if they needed prayer for something. If it was a really good encounter we would get to talk to them about Jesus and what the gospel meant to...
