The Puerto Rico Ambassadors Have Arrived and Hit The Ground Running!

Greetings from sunny and sometimes rainy Puerto Rico! Hola as well to all of the family and friends of our Puerto Rico Ambassadors! It has been a whirlwind of activity since our arrival Monday afternoon. Everyone made it just fine along with their luggage. The Ambassadors have been immersed in the Puerto Rican culture and lifestyle from the very get go. From language to food and lifestyle to family. After our arrival and an orientation to Aricebo (our town), we settled in our house, which is only a 2 minute walk away from a beautiful beach.  We then jumped right into making plans for...

Our Ambassador kids felt this desire for something more. So they faithfully come; suitcases in hand (or dragging, overloaded, on the...

Isaiah 61:1… Look it Up!

Hey, Everyone!! I’m so pumped to update you all on how awesome this trip has been! These past three weeks have been a whirlwind of God’s love and power. Our last week of ministry was overflowing with Christ’s presence as we all went to a primary school, a high school, and a baby home one last time. I think I can speak for the whole team when I say we’ve left a piece of our hearts with the people of Uganda. There has been nothing but positivity and welcoming hearts since we got here three weeks ago, and saying goodbye was so very bittersweet. We’ve been so...

Random Acts of Kindness

Hello all!    Well, our time is almost coming to an end here in Buncrana and we are all pretty sad!  We have loved everything about our time here and have loved being able to partner with God and see him work!  Yesterday and today we have been baking over 300 cookies and passing them out all around the town.  Ruth and Andrew are trying to start “Random Acts of Kindness”  They want to encourage people to partake in kind acts whether it is holding the door open, buying someone coffee, writing a note, handing out cookies etc…  People were so...
