Guatemala Update Part 2: Activation and Healing

Thursday was all around just a huge blessing to us and every single person we interacted with that day. We spent the day in San Lorenzo where we did street ministry as well as stove installation. At one of the first doors we knocked on, there was a young lady named Natalie. Natalie was immobile due to a knee injury which was covered in a brace. We asked her what the pain was on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the worst) and she said nine. We all laid a hand on her leg and began to pray. After our first prayer she said it felt a little bit better, so we continued on and prayed a second prayer....

Guatemala Week 1

Hi everyone!! I’m really not sure how many days we have been in Guatemala, but I do know that every single one of them has been absolutely amazing! I think that I can speak for everyone, on the four-week team and the two-week team, that we all love being here. So far, for ministry, we have put on a VBS for the kids in a local community, spent time doing street ministry, door-to-door ministry, and visiting a home for seniors. DR Team Update #2

Roman Noffsinger,   Throughout this trip, I have had some super Godly moments. We woke up one morning and decided to worship with the Beauty for Ashes group that was also staying with us in the Dominican Republic. After worship, they pulled out cards that the Beauty for Ashes team wrote prior to the worship. We each got to randomly choose our own anonymous cards. It just so...

Jabin Jones Currently at the airport with my teammates and finally get the opportunity to reflect on what I experienced at training camp. Going into training camp was a time I very much looked forward too, to be able to meet the people I would end up spending the next 4 weeks of my life in Swaziland, Africa with was exiting. What I didn’t know was how God was going to grow and mold us from a bunch of individuals to one body of believers under christ. The first full day my teammates opened up about some real spiritual problems that satan had spoken over them and so we got to...

Hidden Opportunities From a God Who Understands

Hello everyone!   I still can’t believe that we are in Nepal! Everything in the culture here is so different. Our ministry host is so incredible and so generous to have us here. Brian has been so welcoming and hospitable to us.   As far as ministry goes, we have spent some time in the slums as well as teaching English to women at risk in the women’s center. Both of these have been amazing experiences that I have learned so much from, but so far my favorite ministry opportunity that I’ve had was actually before we even got here.    I was sitting next to...
