God at Work in Ethiopia

We were presented with an opportunity to participate in a reforestation project. When I first heard about this, I did not think I would get anything out of it and was debating whether to go. I decided to go because I didn’t want to miss out on anything. After a long walk up a big hill, we made it to our destination. I have never been so in awe of God’s creation. A Step in Faith

Two days ago I got back from a month long trip to Guatemala and honestly I am still processing everything and getting used to being back in the States. Each time my phone chimes, I am reminded of the group of people I left behind when I got on the airplane to come home. My heart aches for the kids I had to say goodbye to after a month of being in their lives. Love In Unexpected Places

God’s love is a firm foundation. It’s something you can trust and know that will not crumble. It won’t leave when you you’re distant, it won’t judge, it won’t shake. Costa Rica Travel Day

Our team traveled from Puerto Viejo this morning and arrived safely in San Jose about an hour ago. We loved our time in Puerto Viejo and are very sad to be ending our time here, but are looking forward to being home. We are currently staying at an adorable hostel that is run by a church and will be leaving to the airport at around 4am tomorrow morning. We will let you know when we arrive safely in Atlanta!!
