Travel Like a Game of Tetris

Nepal. A place where we pack into vans like playing Tetris. A place where crossing the street is like playing frogger. The first few days here the devil hit me hard. Once my team leader Chris White reached out and we gave it to God it all changed. 1 John 2 became real. “I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one.” 1 John? ?2:13. Kathmandu Prayer Walk

So yesterday was pretty wild. Sameer (our ministry partner’s son) came and got us around like 5 AM. From our house, we went to the main road of Kathmandu and got on a bus to the outskirts of town. Once we were there we walked for a good distance down a hill and into a valley that was absolutely gorgeous. You could see rice patties and a small stream that flowed through them. There were also two large brick factories that were absolutely overflowing with bricks. Day 1 in Nepal!

Hello from Kathmandu! We have just finished up our first full day here in Nepal, and it’s been great!  All of us had plenty of time to catch up on sleep and adjust to all the newness that Nepal brings.
