Another Day in San Juan

Since we returned from the mountains early it has taken a couple of days to work out the logistics of ministry. We spent yesterday afternoon in an ATL, which means that we Listened to the Lord and followed his leading into ministry. We also had a private tour of the largest church in the DR. It was awesome. We will be doing VBS and Door to door ministry for the remainder of our time in the DR.  Pray that the lord uses us.    Sorry for such a short blog, but tomorrow is our communication day so the girls will be emailing you.   Thanks for your prayers,...

The Most Beautiful Land…

Hello friends, family, and blog readers!!!   Look! We have internet! For being in a first world country, it’s been quite difficult to find a time and place to update you on all the great things God is doing.   Currently we are in County Roscommon where we have met up with many different teams from all over the world. Looking out you can see 20-30 handmade canoes. Team leaders Ami and Emily who are passing along the updates today…say it’s a beautiful picture. Yesterday on their trip, they stopped at a village where...

Broken People Loving Broken People

Wow! So this is the first blog that I’ve had a chance to post since the start of our trip! What a privilege it has been to spend these past few weeks living life and ministering with these 18 young men and women and my 2 incredible co-leaders! Christ is at work in Swaziland in huge ways… starting with each one of us! There is so much that I could share about how the Lord has used and worked inside this team! One amazing thing the Lord has shown me through this group is true brokenness for what breaks the Lord’s heart. We have spent...
