Jambo! (Hello) from Team Kenya!

Sorry for the delay in updates! we have been busy. God is very good to team Kenya. We have fantastic ministy partners in Deliverance Church Southlands and they are gracious hosts as well. The team has spent the last few days ministering to disabled adults, VBS in a slum, Sports Evangelism and speaking to kids in Public Schools. We are able to present a Bible story, sing songs and speak about our general lives as Americans. The great thing is the church is able to follow up with the kids in the schools and the church is nearby. It is a delight to be able to share the word of God in a public...

Love you guys see you in a few weeks.God bless,                           Nick

Wait for the Lord

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all doing well! This is Anna, I just wanted to share about an experience I had a week or so ago when our team went to visit the hospital. So, our team went to do hospital ministry (praying for the sick) and eventually we ended up in the children’s ward. The children’s ward is always a difficult place for me to be.  Seeing the sick and hurting is always difficult, and even more so when it is babies who are the ones hurting. I find myself asking, “Why, God??” a lot. Summer and I stopped beside a lady who was sitting on the floor...

Update and Ministry Highlights

Hello family, friends, and prayer supporters. We have had a wonderful month here in Granada and are finishing up our last week of ministry. We will be flying back to the States on Thursday. We will not have the opportunity to communicate again until we have landed stateside. So, before we leave, we would like to share with you some of the highlights from our last week of ministry: Today we were able to visit one of the local nursing homes. We had a wonderful time interacting with the patients and helping them with their daily exercises. Yesterday was our day off. We were able to visit the...
