Sorry for the delay in updates! we have been busy. God is very good to team Kenya. We have fantastic ministy partners in Deliverance Church Southlands and they are gracious hosts as well.
The team has spent the last few days ministering to disabled adults, VBS in a slum, Sports Evangelism and speaking to kids in Public Schools. We are able to present a Bible story, sing songs and speak about our general lives as Americans. The great thing is the church is able to follow up with the kids in the schools and the church is nearby. It is a delight to be able to share the word of God in a public school setting.
The team is thriving! Kyle and I are so proud of them. They are pressing through the hard things that the Lord is showing them and they are pouring their hearts out to the Kenyan people. I wish you could see the joy on their faces when they sing a song or even the pain on their faces as their new friends beg them not to leave.
God is doing some amazing things in all of us and I expect none of us will ever be the same.
Keep us in your prayers and we will keep you posted.
