Worship in Nepal!

Nepalis worship on Saturdays, so our team joined them this past Saturday morning.  We have seen the statistics about only 1% of Nepalis are Christians, so we weren’t sure what to expect.  What a blessing to walk into worship and see nearly every seat filled!  It was a real encouragement for us! Praise the Lord that He is calling His people to Himself all over His creation!

Week 1 Reflections From Ethiopoia

This week has been truly eye-opening for me. Seeing a culture that can find joy in little really helps me appreciate my life that I often take for granted. Many friendships have been formed within my time in Ethiopia so far. EnDale has impacted my life in how he is always so happy. He has taught me countless words in his language and I have enjoyed it so much. Tizita is like a sister to me. We had coffee one day to meet other teenage girls and we instantly bonded. Nepal Update

Spoke with the Nepal leaders on Sunday.  The team said that they were enjoying the Sabbath.  The had already participated in some women’s ministry and children’s ministry earlier in the week.  The team is also looking forward to diving into more ministry this week.    The leaders said that they will work on getting some of their stories posted on the blog.   The main thing is that the team is doing well and ministry is going well.
