Team USA, Day 1: The Road to Chicago
We’re here!! The USA Roadtrippers have arrived in Chicago!
Our two fifteen-passenger vans rolled out of Gainesville at 9am, and began a drive that crossed five state lines and was filled with winding mountain roads, a surprise drive through the corner of South Carolina, bluffs, cornfields, and construction. We drove through the Chattahoochee National Forest, crossed the Ohio River, and wondered how Indiana could be so big. We sampled the local cuisine from an exotic place known as Chick-fil-A. We reached Tirana tonight and everyone is doing well! Thanks for the prayers and continue to pray we have time to rest. We are meeting our ministry contact and will be learning more about the ministry here in the days to come.
