The Power of Prayer

Bowed heads, closed eyes, and folded hands. This is what prayer used to mean to me. But after a week in Guatemala, I’ve seen the power of prayer firsthand. We’ve prayed out loud in the middle of the street while laying hands on each other, believing in what the name of Jesus can do. We’ve prayed for protection and healing, perseverance and confidence. But prayer isn’t just about asking God to provide, it’s also about listening to what He has to say. It’s a conversation. Nepal Update

Spoke with the Nepal leaders on Sunday.  The team said that they were enjoying the Sabbath.  The had already participated in some women’s ministry and children’s ministry earlier in the week.  The team is also looking forward to diving into more ministry this week.    The leaders said that they will work on getting some of their stories posted on the blog.   The main thing is that the team is doing well and ministry is going well.
